Subprocessors
To deliver our service we rely on a small number of carefully selected subprocessors. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data. The list below is maintained as our services evolve.
Current subprocessors
Heroku — cloud database hosting (EU, Ireland)
Netlify — cloud web hosting (global CDN)
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud file hosting and infrastructure (UK, London)
SendGrid — transactional and notification email (USA)
DataDog — Service monitoring, logs, and error/performance telemetry (EU)
Sentry — Application error tracking (EU)
OpenRouter —AI features (including care-plan assistance and content generation), routed to model providers such as Google (USA)
Changes to this list
We will update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. Where your agreement provides for advance notice of changes, we will notify you as required.
